Growth & Marketing Lead

Own demand generation for the Australian healthcare market — content, SEO, partnerships, and digital channels — and build the marketing function that drives PratixBI's growth.

About the role

PratixBI is the performance operating system for Australian healthcare — a platform that gives practice owners, managers, and clinicians the data clarity they need to make better decisions about their business. We serve dental practices, GP clinics, and cosmetic clinics, and we're building a strong reputation in a market that has historically been underserved by analytics tools.

As Growth & Marketing Lead, you will be the first dedicated marketing hire at PratixBI. You'll own the entire demand generation function — from organic content and SEO through to digital campaigns, PMS vendor partnerships, and professional community engagement. This is a strategic and executional role: you'll set the direction and then do the work.

You'll have a real opportunity to shape how PratixBI is perceived in the Australian healthcare market, and to build the marketing infrastructure that scales the business. You'll work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PratixBI's content strategy — written, visual, and video — targeting practice owners, practice managers, and clinicians across the Australian healthcare market
  • Own and grow organic search performance (SEO) across the website, building a library of high-value content that drives consistent inbound enquiries
  • Manage digital channels — LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid digital — to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Develop and maintain partnership relationships with practice management system (PMS) vendors, professional associations, and healthcare industry organisations
  • Build and optimise a marketing funnel — from initial awareness through to qualified lead handoff — with clear metrics at every stage
  • Develop compelling customer case studies, testimonials, and use-case narratives that demonstrate measurable practice outcomes
  • Report on marketing performance against commercial targets in our quarterly review cycles, and continuously optimise based on data

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS, healthtech, or a data/analytics product environment
  • Proven track record in content marketing and SEO — you've driven measurable organic growth and know how to produce content that ranks and converts
  • Strong data literacy — you use analytics to make decisions, not just report on them, and you can set up measurement frameworks from scratch
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; you can adapt tone for professional healthcare audiences without sounding clinical or generic
  • Comfortable operating independently and building from scratch — this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Ambition to grow into a senior marketing leadership role as the business scales

Preferred: Experience marketing to healthcare professionals in Australia; familiarity with the dental, GP, or allied health sectors; prior experience with partnership or channel marketing.
